On February 22, 2024, to the second anniversary of the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia against Ukraine and the tenth anniversary of the Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, a meeting of students of Ushynsky University with Serhii Gutsaluk, the head of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, historian and combatant, took place.

On February 21, 2024, the teachers of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports Disciplines of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation held a presentation of selective disciplines for the 2024-25 academic year. Employees of the department presented announcements and presentations of the following selective educational components of the first bachelor's and second master's levels of higher education.

Every year on February 20, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred - a day that honors the memory of the participants of the Revolution of Dignity, who fought for democratic values and territorial integrity of the country.

On February 20, 2024, a meeting of the Scientific Council of Ushynsky University was held with the participation of representatives of Dnipro Polytechnic National Technical University Larysa Kolisnyk and Yulia Zabolotnaya.

On February 19, 2024, the preliminary defense of the dissertation research of Oleksandra Morhun, a graduate student of the Department of Pedagogy, on the topic "Formation of Linguistic and Cultural Competence of Future Chinese Language Translators in the Conditions of University Education" was held at the University of Ushinsky for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences.
