In order to promote the culture of integrity of all participants in the educational process, the Week of Integrity is being launched at Ushynsky University, which will last from February 17 to February 22, 2020 and includes a number of events (meetings, presentations, workshops, etc.). The corresponding decree was signed by the Rector of the University Academician O. Ya. Chebykin on February 13, 2020 # 10-p.

On February 12, 2020, professor at Seoul National University, Ph.D. Wu Hanong gave an open-ended interactive lecture on "Korean Literature: Communication with the Humanities." The lecture was attended by teachers and students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, who show great interest in the topic of open classes.

On January 20, 2020 in the framework of work on national patriotic upbringing of youth by the student club of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky organized an excursion to the Museum of Local History at the Faculty of Philology. The students listened enthusiastically to Eleonora Sergiivna Shapkina, who told them about Ukrainian national customs and traditions, clothes and folk songs.

On January 27-29, 2020, specialists of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics and preparatory courses of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky together with the methodologists of the Odesa Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment organized training testing with comments for students of the 11th grades and Odesa cities areas in preparation for external independent assessment of mathematics and history knowledge.

On February 7, 2020, within the framework of civil and fire protection measures of Ushynsky University, training of scientific and pedagogical workers and students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​and students of the Educational and Cultural Center of the PRC "Confucius Institute" was held. Theoretical and practical classes on emergency response, evacuation rules and use of primary fire extinguishers were conducted.

On February 6, the Faculty of Music and Choreography hosted a master class by David Van Kahn, Professor of Hong Kong University and the National Pedagogical Drahomanov University on the topic "From Bach to Modernity." David Van Kahn is a laureate of the Hong Kong International Violin Competition, a laureate of international chamber music competitions in Japan, Korea, and Spain. As a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles, he regularly performs with various programs in France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China.
