SUPERVISORY BOARD
of the state institution "South Ukrainian National
Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky"
The Supervisory Board of the state institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" (hereinafter - the Supervisory Board) was established in accordance with Part 1 of Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", paragraph 8 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet Of Ministers of Ukraine dated 16.10.2014 №630, item 1.3 of the new version of the Regulations on the Supervisory Board of the State Institution “South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky”, adopted by the decision of the Academic Council of Ushynsky University dated 27.02.2020, protocol №7.
The Supervisory Board of the state institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" (hereinafter - the Supervisory Board) is a public body that, within the limits of its powers, makes decisions to fulfill the goals and objectives of the University.
The main purpose of the Supervisory Board is to supervise the management of the University's property, compliance with the purpose of its creation and operation.
The Supervisory Board is called to promote the solution of long-term tasks of the university development, in particular the attraction of financial resources to ensure its activities in the main areas of development and control over their use; promoting effective interaction of higher education institutions with state bodies and local governments, the scientific community, socio-political organizations and economic entities in the interests of improving the quality of educational activities and competitiveness, etc.
The composition of the Supervisory Board of the University was approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15.09.2020 №1144.
