September 11, 2015 in the exhibition hall of the Odessa regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine a grand opening of diploma works of Arts and Graphics students was held. This year the Faculty celebrates its 50th anniversary. It trains teachers of fine and decorative arts.
September 9, 2015 at the House of Scientists the exhibition of paintings "Odessa and Odessits" was presented and devoted to the Day of the city. Among them are the works of Galina Meshcheryakova, Alexander Silantiev, Dmitry Karzhavin, Tetiana Bordyuzha, Sergiy Jean. Each of the artists in their own unique, each with its own vision and technique. Their works are in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
On the eve of Israel New Year in Odessa the days of Israel and Jewish culture were held.
