March 14-15, 2016 the First Interuniversity Student Olympiad on "Choreography" in Ukraine was held at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushynsky.

March 15, 2016 during the visit to Odessa China’s Diplomatic corps led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Zhang Xiyun visited South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky.

Teachers and students of the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology conduct a career-oriented marathon in Odessa, Mykolaiv and Vinnytsya region.

March 12, 2016 at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushynsky a career-oriented training for students was conducted by psychological services. Its participants were graduates of secondary schools of Odessa.

The Polish-American Freedom Foundation and the Education for Democracy Foundation announced an open competition for candidates from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to receive Lane Kirkland Scholarship in the 2015-2016 academic year.

July 9-23, 2016 in London there will be conducted the program of LEAD (Leadership, Education and Development Programme). Master’s Degree Students are invited to participate in the program.

February 12, 2016 "The Confucius Institute", an educational and cultural center of South National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushynsky organized the ceremony "Ukrainian-Chinese spring" at the Palladium, a concert hall, in Chinese New Year tradition, which was attended by over 300 students, participants of linguistic programs on learning the Chinese language and culture, members of the Chinese Diaspora, senior students of secondary schools in Odesa and others.
