April 4, 2016 the University was visited by a delegation of the US Embassy in Ukraine, including: Educational Attaché Katherine Hellok, Representative of the Media, Education and Culture Lilya Shylo, Head of international non-governmental organization «Project Harmony, Inc.» Andrew Haidamashko.

During the working meeting with the distinguished guests Academician Alexiy Yakovlevich Chebykin discussed the following:

- development of scientific and technological cooperation with universities of the United States;

- joint research and communication activities, videoconferencing;

- prospects for development of the American University of scientific information and cultural center of the United States;

- development of research projects;

- engagement of leading professors of American universities to teach English to Ukrainian students and others.
