On April 24, 2024, an open online lecture "Formation of an inclusive culture of a higher education teacher" was held within the scientific laboratory of the Department of Pedagogy "Innovations in Education". The speaker is a doctor of philosophy, head of the Odesa Regional Center for Support of Inclusive Education "Odesa Academy of Continuing Education of the Odesa Regional Council" Iryna Mykolaivna ORLENKO, who shared her experience and insights on the importance of an inclusive approach in education, focusing on the role of teachers in creating an environment where every student can feel important, socially accepted and supported. The use of interactive methods, the high professionalism and personal charisma of the speaker allowed not only to enrich the cognitive sphere of graduate students, but also contributed to the realization that the formation of an inclusive culture of a higher education teacher is an important stage on the way to creating a fair, friendly and accessible educational environment for all students of education. The lecture ended with an active discussion and exchange of ideas that will contribute to the further development of inclusive education. Teachers and graduate students of the Department of Pedagogy, as well as students and scientists from various institutes and faculties of Ushynsky University took part in the work of the scientific laboratory.
