On April 24 and 25, 2024, the Department of Preschool Pedagogy held career orientation meetings with graduates of the Communal Institution "Bilhorod-Dniester Pedagogical Professional College" and the Communal Institution "Odesa Pedagogical Professional College".
The meetings began with a welcome speech by the dean of the faculty, Olena Yuryivna Bulgakova, and the head of the preschool pedagogy department, Oleksiy Anatoliyovych Lystopad. They talked about the key advantages of studying at the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology. The meeting was attended by teachers of the Department of Preschool Pedagogy, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Mardarova Iryna Kostyantynivna, Teacher Nataliya Mykolaivna Gudanych, Trainee Teacher Maria Viktorivna Savchenkova; Listopad Natalya Leonidivna, the Head of the Cyclic Commission of Pedagogy, Psychology and Specialized disciplines of preschool education of the Communal Institution "Odesa Pedagogical Vocational College"; Natalya Volodymyrivna Kovalenko, the Head of the "Preschool Education" Department of the Communal Institution "Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky Pedagogical Vocational College".
During the event, graduates were introduced to the advantages of studying at the Faculty, the peculiarities of the profession of a preschool teacher were revealed, applicants received comprehensive information about the conditions for admission to specialty 012 Preschool Education.
In addition, the students of the Faculty spoke in front of college graduates, who spoke about the organizational and educational work carried out at the faculty, showed a photo gallery in which events from student life, the peculiarities of learning and spending leisure time within the walls of the faculty of preschool pedagogy and psychology were reflected. College graduates had the opportunity to ask their questions to teachers regarding the specifics of their studies, prospects for combining work and higher education, teaching practice, etc.
Such a career orientation meeting helped graduates of professional pedagogical colleges to decide on the continuation of higher education in specialty 012 Preschool Education, to realize all the advantages of the chosen profession and to properly prepare for studying at Ushynsky University.
