On December 1, 2022, the seventh online training was held at Ushinsky University within the framework of the "Business Bridge" educational program, which is a component of the "Always Near" international project, which is implemented with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

"Business Bridge" is an educational program for veterans of the ATO/JFO/Russian-Ukrainian war and their family members, forced migrants (internally displaced persons), aimed at developing their business skills for further integration into society and thus strengthening the social cohesion of the community. The speaker was Khadzhiradeva Svitlana Kostyantynivna, doctor of sciences in public administration, professor, head of the center for evaluating candidates for public service positions. At the training "Mediation as a method of conflict resolution in the field of business", the features and advantages of conducting mediation in the field of business, stages of conflict interaction, conflict resolution tools were proposed. The listeners learned about the "WIN-WIN" principle and the phases of conflict escalation.
